Sacred Heart Onesie

Oh my goodness, I have been waiting FOREVER to post this! I made this project MONTHS ago and it took quite awhile for Connie's virtual baby shower package to get to her, so now she has it and I won't ruin any surprises by sharing this with you! Phew! Also? There's a fabulous dress post coming. I'm super proud of it and can't wait to share that with you too!

During the most recent onesie swap on Craftster, someone in the swap organized a surprise baby shower for ReFabulous aka "barbolot", our wonderful swap organizer and one of my dear online/bloggy friends who just had her 9th (!!!) baby in October. (Remember that awesome sling she made for me last summer? And the shirts she made for my son? Yeah, she's awesome. I love her.) Being REALLY pregnant myself I couldn't make this fabulous woman all that I feel that she deserves but I did manage to crank out one awesome onesie for her little one in the making.
I was inspired by this paper mache sacred heart she has listed among her favorite projects on Craftster.
I love creating for people that I both love and who inspire me because often my most favorite designs come out of creating something out of love. ReFabulous is a HUGE inspiration and encouragement to me, both as an artist and just an amazing person.

Be blessed!
